Spericorn Technology is seeking a highly skilled AI Implementor on a contract basis. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering is required. This dual-purpose role involves hands-on technical development and driving company-wide AI adoption. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI and ML solutions integrated into products and client projects.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and LLM backends.
• Build and maintain Agentic AI systems—autonomous agents, multi-agent pipelines, tool-use frameworks, and task orchestration.
• Implement solutions using Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4, Gemini, and other frontier models via APIs and SDKs.
• Develop with Cursor AI and other AI-native IDEs; leverage GitHub Copilot, Codeium for accelerated development.
• Build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations to extend AI capabilities across tools.
• Architect robust AI infrastructure—prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring pipelines.
